Penelope (Molly Bloom's soliloquy),
adapted from Ulysses, by James Joyce

Arranged by Jean Sheikh                              Directed by Josh Way

Performed by Meredith Stypinski as Molly

Molly Bloom, Leopold Bloom’s plain-spoken and sensuous wife, reflects on the choices she has made in love and marriage in a frank, bawdy, lyrical monologue adapted from Penelope, the final chapter of Ulysses. Her stream-of-consciousness soliloquy reveals her mind racing through previous crossroads that have shaped her life.
