Our name, Here Comes Everybody, is derived from the name of one of the main characters of James Joyce’s book Finnegans Wake and reflects our mission to make diversity, equity, and inclusion part of everything we are, everything we share and do.

Our name, Here Comes Everybody, is our mission. We strive to create an environment where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.
We welcome and affirm actors, crew, volunteers, and audience members from all walks of life. Regardless of ability, race, ethnicity, socioeconomic background, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other defining characteristic, you have a place with us.
Our roots are in performing the twentieth-century modernist work of James Joyce and other Irish writers. In recent years, we have widened our interest by performing the work of twenty-first-century Irish playwrights.

We see this growth and expansion of our mission as a natural evolution from performing the work of such writers as Joyce and Flann O’Brien, modernists in their own time, to performing modern 21st-century Irish drama, reflecting the Ireland of today.
