Production Staff Needed
Production Manager / Director
Here Comes Everybody, an Irish theatre company located in the Boston area, is looking for Production Manager / Directors for the our 2025 season.
There is a $1,000 - $1,500 stipend available and will be discussed upon hiring.
Production Manager and Director may be two positions or one depending upon skills and available talent.
Below you will find the proposed season and tentative dates as well as a description of expected duties / responsibilities. Please note that the production manager / director will be supported by the HCE board of directors and will be given a point person(s) designated by the board to help with various questions regarding ticketing and budgeting, updating the website, and pulling from our pool of previous actors and performance spaces.
HCE 2024-2025 Season / Available Openings
Staged Reading (Play TBD)
February / March 2025 (specific dates and venue TBD)
1-2 Performances
Bloomsday 2025 (June 14, 15, & 16, 2025)
Venues for performances will be in the greater Boston area.
Production Manager / Director responsibilities:
Some work has already been done in some of these areas
Secure a performance and rehearsal space(s) for the production
Audition and cast the production (list of previous performers will be available)
Schedule and Run Rehearsals / Direct show
Secure and coordinate any tech personnel and requirements for the show
Design poster and promotional materials for the show
Set up ticketing / ticket reservation process and share with HCE point person to have posted on website and social media
Provide HCE point person with any pertinent information and photographs for website / social media
Coordinate with HCE board for any help you may need during the production (front of house staff, actors, tech crew etc.)
Run tech rehearsal and attend all performances
Scheduled meetings with HCE board to update them on progress, including after the show to update on success of production (may be done via e-mail or zoom)
Work with other collaborators as necessary
