Mark Lawler
Mark Lawler is a Professor of Digital Health and Associate Pro-Vice-Chancellor at Queen’s University Belfast. He is recognised as a world leader in cancer research and data science and has received many international accolades. But he also has another more string to his bow. Mark treads the boards in his own one man show on James Joyce, which he has evolved over the last decade. He has delivered his own unique take on Joyce in multiple appearances in Dublin (including in the Museum of Literature Ireland (MoLI)) and in Belfast (including ironically in Black Box and in the Seamus Heaney Centre). He has also performed his show in Paris, Brussels and Amsterdam. His performance at The Foundry, Cambridge will be his first in the US
